Marketplace role
ProXChange facilitates introductions between project owners and independent trade professionals. It is not the contractor performing the work and does not collect homeowner project payments.
Account responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect their account, use the service lawfully, and promptly report unauthorized access or material profile changes.
Projects and claims
Published projects may be claimed by one eligible contractor. A claim provides an opportunity to contact the homeowner and does not guarantee work, payment, or project suitability.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Contractor access requires account approval and an active monthly subscription. The selected plan sets the claim allowance for each billing period. You may cancel anytime through billing settings. Paid access continues through the current billing period; partial months are not refunded, except where required by law. Applicable tax is added at checkout.
Enforcement
The marketplace may pause content, suspend accounts, release claims, or restrict access when needed to protect users, billing integrity, privacy, or marketplace operations.
