Marketplace role
ProXChange facilitates introductions between project owners and independent trade professionals. It is not the contractor performing the work and does not collect homeowner project payments.
Account responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect their account, use the service lawfully, and promptly report unauthorized access or material profile changes.
Projects and claims
Published projects may be claimed by one eligible contractor. A claim provides an opportunity to contact the homeowner and does not guarantee work, payment, or project suitability.
Subscriptions
Contractor access is based on the selected monthly plan, account approval, synchronized subscription status, location rules, and the current claim allowance.
Enforcement
The marketplace may pause content, suspend accounts, release claims, or restrict access when needed to protect users, billing integrity, privacy, or marketplace operations.
