Information we collect
Account, profile, location, project, communication preference, claim, appointment, and operational information may be collected to provide the marketplace service.
How information is used
Information supports account access, project review, location-based matching, protected lead release, scheduling, required notices, support, fraud prevention, and marketplace operations. Project titles, descriptions, trade, general location, and budget may be screened with an AI service to flag possible spam or unclear requests for administrator review. Homeowner name, phone, email, and exact street address are not sent to that AI screen.
Protected project details
Exact service addresses and homeowner contact details remain restricted until one eligible contractor completes a valid claim. Administrators access only what is required for operations and support.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and job records as needed to operate the marketplace, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal or billing obligations. Email contact@proxchangehub.com to request deletion; we review requests under applicable law.
Your choices
Users can update profile and notification preferences, request access or correction, and email contact@proxchangehub.com for privacy requests.
