Retention and deletion
The implementation default retains identifiable job records for 24 months after closure, followed by deletion or anonymization unless a documented legal, billing, fraud, or dispute hold applies.
Your choices
Users can update profile and notification preferences, request access or correction, and contact the future approved support channel for privacy requests.
