Eligibility
Contractors must maintain complete and accurate profile, trade, location, approval, and subscription information before claiming opportunities.
Lead use
Protected homeowner details may be used only to evaluate and respond to the claimed project. Resale, sharing, scraping, or unrelated marketing is prohibited.
Professional conduct
Contractors remain responsible for licensing, insurance, pricing, workmanship, safety, permits, contracts, and compliance applicable to their work.
Claims and disputes
Only successful claims consume allowance. Administrators may release or reassign a claim and restore usage when a documented support reason applies.
Notifications
Contractors must respect consent, quiet hours, suppression requests, and all applicable communication rules when contacting project owners.
